Get ready, Seattle — Little Beast is bringing a bold new flavor to the city’s food scene. Inspired by Kevin Smith’s London roots, Little Beast will showcase traditional English fare rarely seen in the Pacific Northwest — and certainly not like this.

From dry-aged steaks to hand-crafted meat pies, Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, Sunday roasts with Yorkshire pudding, and indulgent sticky toffee pudding — every dish will be crafted with care, honoring the principles of whole animal butchery to ensure nothing goes to waste and every cut is used to its fullest potential. It’s a return to old-school cooking with bold authenticity.

Smith is on a mission to introduce Seattle to the real tastes of England — dishes that many locals may have only encountered during trips abroad. “I’m going all in on my English heritage,” he says. “This is the kind of food you’d find across the UK, but done the way it’s meant to be.”
