Our steakhouse embodies the sustainability of our butchery program. By utilizing the entire animal, we honor the hard work of local farmers and significantly reduce waste. While cuts like ribeyes, tenderloins, and T-bones are popular, every part of the animal has its own unique flavor and culinary potential. We’re perfectionists when it comes to flavor—each bite is carefully crafted to leave a lasting impression, because nothing less will do.
