Classes
From knife skills to craft cocktails, our hands-on classes are part lesson, part dinner party. Sessions vary by location but might include whole-hog or beef butchery, cocktail making, the perfect steak, or hand-pied perfection — with small classes of 10–14 students, plenty of one-on-one time, great food, and a drink in hand if you'd like one.
